I decided to change my dentist from Apex to Angier and made an appointment with Dr. Gong. When I went in, Dr. Gong diagnosed me with 15 cavities. I was in shock because I have always been diligent about my dental care, always going for my 6 month cleanings. I just felt like something wasn’t right, so I decided to get another opinion. My second opinion found NO issues with my teeth, didn’t even put any on a watch list. A few weeks ago, I got a text stating that I have a 40 balance due. Who texts a patient with a balance due???? I responded and told them that if I owe a balance, I would expect to receive a statement in the mail rather than a text, so sure enough, this week I get a bill for 40 from them-stating that it’s 90 days past due. I never received any type of explanation of benefits from Accent Dental. I will pay the 40, but just wanted everyone to beware of false dental care that they try to pass off.

Been going here for a year now and I'll keep coming here. Dr. Brenda is honest and generous, she will work overtime if that is what you need to help you with your teeth! The wait time is just like any other dentist place I've been to, but her office offers a guest wifi and I love the massage feature on the dental chair.
Everyone who works here is awesome. Very personable, they explain everything you need to know. And they never shy away from smiling. I appreciate all of them and will never go anywhere else.
Went for a tooth extraction. everything went well was told I had alot of small cavities.the first 2 appointment went well.the 3rd trip I waited 45 min to bea sat in chair but never worked on for another 30 minutes.the next appointment after 45 minutes I left.the next appointment i felt like she did a rush job and started hurting . I waited 30 days finally could not take it anymore.she said i need a root canal..I went to another dentist apparently it wasn't ground down enough. I wouldn't be going back there anyway after the way she berates her employees.
This was my first visit to the dentist in a very long time! All the staff there were very sweet and knowledgeable! I can already tell that I will be in good hands with Dr Gong!
