The vet care is standard. The waits are LONG. Sometimes you’ll be on hold for 30 minutes just to schedule an appointment. I’ve waited outside the office for 45 minutes when I’ve had an appointment and it’s been for just a nail trim. And it’s not just once or twice. It’s every time I call/visit. I’m not sure the waits are worth the prices anymore. I’m willing to pay a bit extra for the convenience of speaking to someone in a reasonable time frame and being seen at my appointment time.

Didn't know about this place but am now a big fan. They got me in just before new years on almost no notice to help my 15 year old pup and best friend when others were talking a week or 2. Prices are very reasonable. I'll be back. Really cool team of folks, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Every person that works here is an angel! We brought our pet rats, our dog and cat here. Each of our pets were cared for with love, compassion and empathy. At their core, these people do all they can to help the animals as if the animals were their pets and they care for their health first and not how much can we charge the owners. Their rates are very reasonable and I can bring my pets here for anything without being afraid of how will I pay for this. We always feel welcome and their hospitality is incredible. Thank you a million times!

This locale is filled with style, caring and customer service. My past/previous experience with other veterinarian services left me feeling less of a cared for customer. Animal hospital in Murphy's corner left me feeling cared for wanted and respected
