Despite the fact that things are completely shut down right now this office was more than helpful. I was attempting a legal name change but was un aware that an appointment was needed. The security guard (young Latino) gave me the proper legal document needed and was more than helpful. Not to mention very friendly. He deserves a raise!!!! Thank you!

A woman who I was talking to was very rude. She acted as if it was a problem with me asking questions I didn’t know. Mind you I AM 18 YEARS OLD figuring things out on my own and her attitude is like “so you’re telling me you don’t know such and such?”, Like yeahh I know that’s why I’m calling. In addition to that I felt rushed off the phone because my first question wasn’t resolved she just said have a nice day. Tone and words mean everything.
Filed for a new SS card with my license and birth certificate 6 months ago and have yet to receive any documents back. Constant refusal to investigate or replace as they claimed they would.
They don’t call back in a timely manner. They will call you from a number you can’t call back before they open doors or start accepting phone calls. I had a supervisor tell me to have my lawyer call them as if I’m not able to conduct my own business as if my lawyer actually has power of attorney over me.
Went there 10 AM and it was closed. Called, and called, and called. All I get was a busy signal. Tried to get on the web, what a nightmare. All we need is a printout of my wife's 1099 for taxes.
