Absolutely the worst. Try to nickel and dime you as much as possible. Will bill you incorrectly and refuse to work with you. Doctors like to reprimand mothers about their children. You spend absolutely no time with anyone and they rarely address anything directly; instead relying on pamphlets and printouts to inform you of anything. Additionally the office staff pretends to be other people (ie the manager or what not when they aren't) to avoid conflict. Messages are often not replied to. Office staff barely understands eachother and english is clearly not a language that any of them understand or speak to include all of the doctors.

Horrible is an understatement. Every time I come, I’m waiting at least an hour. They have got to do better. This is ridiculous.

Very unprofessional! Doctor Ellini is the most unpleasant doctor to encounter. Go on yelp and look at the reviews. How this practice only has good reviews on google and yet on yelp have awful reviews is a wonder to me! If all I have to do is what Mr. Ellini does to be a doctor then I should be one as well. He diagnosed our son without letting us get out all the information. Turned out his diagnosis was completely wrong. I do not recommend.
