I normally don't post google reviews but my horrific experience with this service called for it. I had to call a taxi in an emergency situation - it was a rough day as is. To make matters worse, my driver arrived after an hour and was in an unhygienic state (not to mention the state of the car)... I'm expecting at this time, and I've been extremely sensitive to certain smells so I immediately started feeling nauseous. The driver then got lost temporarily and I tried to explain the directions, but he ignored my guidance. I finally got home after twice the time that it would normally take to get home. Clearly unpleasant circumstances to begin with, but just want to give all other riders a heads up!
I don't understand all these negative reviews. We have always had great service from Annapolis city taxi, and they are the only cab service that had been consistently good and always on time. I would recommend them to anyone!
Drivers are not following the CDC guidelines, very unprofessional and bad service. I wonder how they are even allow to operate in Annapolis? Give yourself a favor by not using this service. I wish I could give them negative stars.
I was getting ready for an appointment and didn't have time to deliver sandwiches for lunch for a friend who was working at the Pip Moyer Recreation Center for the early voting, so when I called this taxi service and asked if they could come to my house, pick up the sandwiches and deliver it, a wonderful gentleman by the name of Tony, didn't hesitate, he said he could. He drove to my house, picked it up and delivered it. Then he texted to let me know it was done!. I was very appreciative to Tony! He is professional, and friendly, and saved my day! Thank you Tony!!!
