I had the pleasure of working with Paul. I had already been working with other dealers, but the contrast in professionalism between dealerships was immediately evident and within 2 minutes of my test drive my mind had been made up. Not only did they make the process very simple, but the Palisade I bought is gorgeous compared to others in its class. I thought by choosing a vehicle worthy of towing I would take many steps down in comfort & performance but I was wrong, my new SUV has plenty of pedal and is very pleasing on the eyes! No haggling involved. The very first offer was fair and got even better once I met Finance. There was zero pressure and they matched my pace on moving forward, meeting all of my payment goals and alerting me to additional incentives along the way. Haven't needed to be here in a year for anything due to pandemic most of the year. Happy Jacob is still Assistant Service Manager. I have called him past 2 1/2 years for service appointments. He always makes appointments quickly. Appreciate him. And next level of service techs. Always does good job on cars and needs.
