Me and my wife went into Hyundai about my wife's 2013 Hyundai Elantra. We were furious about what was taking them so long to look at her vehicle. We went in an was greeted by Ms.Linda. Ms.Linda on heck of a beautiful sales woman. She talked us through everything from trading in her old car for a new one. I LOVED MS.Linda to the point where I wanted her to get me into a new 2021 myself. She did an phenomenal job can't describe how much I appreciate her and all of her efforts. She stayed late an that says a lot about her. She puts her customer's first no matter the situation or Circumstances. I will continue to push everyone to Ms.Linda or just recommend everyone to visit the Antwerpen Hyundai cause It was an atmosphere you couldn't believe was true unless you were there.

We purchased a Hyundai Elantra for our daughter from Antwerpen Hyundai Catonsville five years ago and had a very good experience, so we went back recently with our son to test drive a Tucson Value. The salesman who assisted us, Steven Carstens, is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He did not pressure us and worked hard to get us a competitive offer. We went home and did some additional research and even though we liked all the safety features of the Value package, we decided we preferred upgrading to the Sport package which has some additional features that we were looking for. We reached out to Steven and he helped us work out a great new offer with the package we wanted. When we went back to purchase the vehicle, Steven was terrific. He made sure we got the exact vehicle my son wanted and went out of his way to make my son's first car buying experience fun and exciting for him! Additionally, Angel in the finance department was also wonderful. She was nice, thorough, and worked quickly to get us on our way. Our overall experience at Antwerpen Hyundai was fantastic. We even got a bunch of congratulations from all the other employees in the showroom when we were done. Thanks to everyone at Antwerpen Hyundai Catonsville, especially Steven. We highly recommend working with this dealership!

Mr. Williamson is amazing at what he does. Was in a crazy place with current vehicle and gave him a call. He walked me through everything making sure to take his time and that I understood. I was not even looking to purchase a Hyundai at the time but the patience he had with me sold me. Best decision.first time walking out a dealership not feeling taken advantage of. Antwerpen sold me a 2004 F150 that had major engine issues for 12,000 (plus financing that cost me over 15,000)...that was off the road more often than on it. It’s still a thorn in my side. I paid it off religiously, as I committed to do so for my financial history...but I would never buy another vehicle from them EVER again. I even had to deal with my own MVA plates and finances, as for some reason...they were also incapable of doing so. This is years in the making. And still a headache today. Not a reputable dealership selling a disaster that I’m still trying to rid myself of. 15,000 should never result in a 500 resell for a piece of junk. Pathetic!!!!
