We are very happy with having chosen AP Flooring for our floor replacement! From the first time I interacted with Ruben, I got a great feeling and vibe. Ruben came to my home to do a free estimate and take measurements. He also brought some samples based on what we were looking for in colors and styles. Ruben sent an itemized estimate the next day. It was broken down between labor costs and materials costs. It listed the exact pricing for each item including demolition, removal, cleaning, prepping, installing, and replacement. A few weeks later I went to the showroom to see the various samples Ruben had. We were able to take home 4 samples to see how they would look with out newly painted walls. We ended up going with a Luxury Vinyl Plank which turned out amazing. Ruben and the crew were extremely knowledgeable, nice, courteous, and professional throughout the installation. Once they finished, I was quite impressed and astonished. The final product was better than expected. Thank you Ruben and crew! We are very pleased with your work! Best of success! Rubin and his crew did a fantastic job removing our old hardwood, tile and carpets, leveling our subfloor and installing our new vynil flooring from Cali Vynil. He is extremely detail oriented and patient which is rare among contractors. After he was done with our whole condo the only issue I found was very small. More importantly, he made an appointment with me and showed up and took care of it. Overall, I am very happy with my flooring thanks to his excellent attention to detail and friendliness. At every turn he took the time to explain to me what was needed to be done and exactly how he was going to do it. Rubin, it was a pleasure working with you and your crew and I wish you many more smooth projects in the future. I'll be adding some pictures very soon that will do the project justice.
