Both Apple Valley Ford and Joe Murphy have been our go-to for our vehicle purchases over the years! I expect there will be more in the future. Most recently we purchase a nice vehicle for our son who just turned sixteen and will have his license very soon (September, 2020). Prior to this we have purchased three brand new vehicles. Has always been a good experience without all the hassle of haggling. Now, if only they could speed up the overall purchase process. Thank you Apple Valley Ford and Joe Murphy. See you again soon!

Very friendly and put the customer first. They take as long as you need to understand the info. Service has been quick and professional. (And good deals too) I don't know much about cars and AV Ford makes me feel comfortable choosing them, not only to get the job done correctly, but also in a good price range. Quick service, very friendly staff all around (from the receptionist to the mechanic who helped me, all super polite!) and they don't take advantage of not as knowledgeable people such as myself, easily 5/5, 10 outta 10.

10/10 recommend this dealership and all their staff! I bought a 2014 Ford Escape from them four years, i brought it in for a minor repair and Greg B. contacted us asking if we wanted a no-obligation trade in estimate done on the vehicle while it was in the shop. Long story short, they made me a great offer for my vehicle and Greg got me into a brand new 2020 Ford Escape ) Greg was a great salesman; hi, and the rest of the staff I worked with were helpful, patient, and courteous. I never felt pressured to do or buy anything. The next time the need arises for a vehicle, I know exactly where I'm going: AV Ford!

I used to love this dealership, bought all my vehicles from them, my whole family bought vehicles here and I referred multiple people to them over the years but they must have new management or something... I’ve left literally 5 voicemails and talked to two different managers who were going to “have one of their guys call me back” but that hasn’t happened after over a month of messing around with these guys, what a joke. Needless to say they clearly don’t want my business so I’ll be going to another Ford dealership.

I brought my vehicle here last month for \The Works\ service which includes a tire rotation. The following day I also got new tires. Long story short, three of my wheels were gouged (see pictures) and I went back to speak with them about getting them fixed or replaced. Today those three damaged wheels where replaced free of charge to me. I am happy with this outcome and I am very glad that Apple Valley Ford did the right thing and replaced them for me. Update 4/24/20: Of course it's 6 months that later I notice this, but I was cleaning the backside of my wheels today and the one wheel that wasn't replaced had numerous gouges from when the new tires were put on. It's incredible,they actually damaged all 4 wheels when mounting new tires. I didn't know it was possible for a professional company to do such a thing. I guess I should've also laid on the ground and inspected the inside on the wheels after I discovered all the gouges/scratches on the other wheels. Future customers beware when getting new tires mounted.
