Warning do not purchase from this company. We purchased washer and dryer as well as a refrigerator from them in June 2020. 1 1/2 months ago ice maker went out. Cannot get anyone to help me get this fixed. Have called numerous times. Today John gave me the number to Brand Services who actually Services their appliances and basically said good luck. I have over The past month and a half called brand Services numerous times and cannot get anyone to call back. You cannot count on appliance factory for any help getting someone fixed. BUYER BEWARE

I called the Fort Collins store for a part for my refrigerator and they said they had one at there Longmont store but it would take 3 days to get it. I told them I would pick it up and it would take a couple hours, after driving 2 hours to get the part it was the wrong one. I wasted 4 hours out of my day. I WOULD NOT recommend using this company!!

I had a light socket break on my GE microwave and Don was very helpful in getting me the part. When I got home the part did not work so I called him back and he got back to me very promptly and vowed to fix the issue. Very courteous and affable. I also was in the market for a small chest freezer and he had two in stock that will work perfectly for my needs. The price is always good there and the people are very friendly. I would highly recommend checking this place out instead of the big box stores for all of your appliance needs. I know I will for my next wish-list item which is a new gas stove.

I've been going here for my appliance parts for years and have never been disappointed. Don is friendly and helpful. Most of the time, he has the right part in stock but otherwise he has gotten it for me quickly for the right price. Btw, I only know him through the store. Thank you, Don!

The lid switch in my Whirlpool top loading washing machine went out. I took only a portion of the switch in and Don was able to find the replacement. Although they did not have the part in stock, he ordered it and it was in the next day. He also gave me a call to let me know the part was in and I could come pick it up - Great follow-thru!
