The customer service was excellent. They had exactly what I needed in stock. The part was high compared to ordering it off the internet but it's the correct part. I'm very satisfied with him and will continue to go back.

The Longview TX location is closed. If you call the Longview number, it's forwarded to the Shreveport location. After talking to man on phone about a part, I drove 45 min to Longview only to find the place closed.
INEFFICIENT & INCOMPETENT: I walked directly to the counter on my first trip in with a picture of the model number from the washer/dryer combo. The clerk told me there was no such model, as he looked at the picture. Finally a lady from the back came to assist, I spent 42 minutes ordering my parts. 2nd trip, to pick up part of my order. (No wait to get helped) the clerk took 21 minutes to take my cash payment, but only after the lady from the back came to process it. The only part on back order arrived, not surprisingly, it was the wrong part. I left just exhausted by the inefficiency. I ordered online with another company. No backorder wait, the right part arrived in two days. It saved me 3 trips, and over an hour of time dealing with the staff at APCO. Unfortunate that our local parts dealer is so inefficient. When on west 80, the staff there was top shelf.
Gave me the wrong parts even though I had picture of correct model number. Then when I tried to swap them out for correct parts(on the same day with receipt in hand) they wouldn't or even give me my money back. They did make an effort to find correct parts but still would not swap the correct ones for the incorrect ones.

If you are a do it yourself'er like me. This is the best place to get your parts!

Having been in West Longview forever and a day. It's hard for me to remember that they moved to Eastman road. Terrific servic, every time and they always have what I'm searching for.
