Appliance Tech repaired my son's gas stove. I liked their service so much I called to get my dryer repaired. Great service, great people. ignore the one star people... appliances are finicky modern convinences.

So far nothing but excellence from this company. Receptionist was very kind and understanding. Even though I did not buy my samsung fridge from here, she had the tech, Josh call me back in which he was trying to troubleshoot and walk me through to fix it myself. Since I was prepared for the worse, to buy a whole new "brain" for the thing, I truly appreciate them trying to save me that and even a service call which will be pricey since I live far away. Haven't gotten it fixed yet, but I say this company has exceptional customer service so far!

ZERO STARS. This company needs to lose their Lowe's contract and go out of business! They jerked us around with repairing our brand new washer. Two different "repair" men lied to us multiple times and never fixed our washer, they verified an appt and then didn't show up, made us wait another week for service, and again more and more lies to keep from repairing our machine. I had enough of being jerked around by this company that I finally called Lowe's, and they promptly replaced our washer. I'm also reporting them to the BBB!

Called on Monday to have my dishwasher fixed. Tech was out on Wednesday had part in truck. Fixed right away works perfect.

Super helpful friendly staff. They helped me troubleshoot my problem... got me the correct part and talked me through the do-it-yourself fix. Refrigerator runs great now and cost me next to nothing!!! I am not a handy man so miracles can happen with the right people!
