I’ve purchased a few used appliances from this store. The staff is pretty helpful. The delivery was on time and easy to schedule. I like that they have warranties to protect you when buying used. I had an issue with my dryer and they offered to bring a replacement out very quickly.

Appliance Depot is great! We picked up a washer/dryer set that was really reasonably priced. Delivery was easy to arrange and quick. Unfortunately our washer immediately had problems. Fortunately, Appliance Depot is awesome and promptly sent out their tech. He couldn't reproduce the issue so he said to just keep them updated. Well, the problem returned so another tech came back out with some new ideas. They ended up replacing a couple other parts and it fixed it! I am so grateful for their hard work in resolving the issue. Jesse kept in touch with me and assured me they'd take care of everything. Our experience with them has been excellent!

I truly enjoyed shopping here. I bought a refrigerator, double oven and frontload washer and dryer. They delivered, setup all appliances and removed all the old appliances. I am so happy with all. Myra was my sales agent and she was amazing!!

If i could i would give them a zero my landlord bought a fridge from this place and fridge was infested with cockroaches! Now im having to deal with extermination and the cockroaches. If you are a landlord invest in the home its going to cost you more to get rid of these animals than to purchase a new fridge.

This place is awesome and so well run. To the beginning of a great sales staff, delivery team, management, to technicians/maintenance team. We bought a dryer and dryer. Dryer had an engine problem. I left a message, got a call back in 5 minutes, tech lead called me 2 minutes later, and I had a technician at my house within 30 minutes and they fixed the issues. Thank you so much!!

We are glad we bought our washer & dryer here. In the market for a NEW set, we listened to Valeria’s pitch: get a Refurbished set for about half price (about 1.5 years old, with a few minor scratches). She explained that they are the only dealer in Denver who services their machines during warranty. Since they do NOT want to come out to repair them, they make sure it is in top condition before sale. The machines have been working great for 2 months now!
