2/21/19 220pm My god I now understand the reasoning for the two-star reviews. The purpose of my call was to compare home delivery to self pick up. The sales lady was too blinded and caught up in her sales pitch to be able to understand the questions I was asking. How much would it be for say 10 bottles a month...The price is per bottle sir. Ok? Is the price dependent upon you picking up my empty bottles? We won’t pick up your bottles if you don’t have service with us sir. She got my heart rate up instantly I will be picking up my own bottles at the local Harris teeter
I have to agree with all the other reviewers. We are on a site with no potable water and 15 to 20 (most outdoor) workers and totally dependent on bottled jugs and dispensers. They are now a week overdue and delivery estimates are like shifting sands, Customer service offers no solution at all. We're looking into other suppliers.
I can't believe how bad this service is. They never deliver on time, skip service for weeks but bill us every month. After multiple complaints, we could not take it anymore. Something needs to happen and I would encourage folks to complain to corporate.
I don’t write reviews but when I thought about the service from this company I decided to start. These reviews are dead on. My delivery has been rescheduled 5 times. I have 8 empty bottles and customer service told me maybe we can deliver tomorrow. Tomorrow? The worst customer service, the worse delivery service and I’m very surprised they are still in business. Save the headache, buy from anywhere else.
