First time home buyers, new to the area, and on a very tight timeline to close. Archive Property Inspection were quick to respond and accommodate us on very short notice. During the review, our inspector took the time to answer all the questions we had and provide insight and guidance into the items he was evaluating and why. They have a COVID protocol in place, and our inspector wore a mask the entire time. We received an incredibly detailed report that evening. Brought a lot of peace of mind during an incredibly stressful time.

I sincerely would like to thank Mr. Tom Ramirez tor his professional work in inspecting the house we were about to purchase. He is a very pleasant, friendly and compassionate person. He likes what he does and it shows in his performance. He is a very knowledgeable person due to his educational background and many years of experience. He spent up to 3 hours to deliver the most detailed inspection report. He sure has good eyes for detecting good, bad and ugly. He had no hesitation to answer our concerns during the inspection. He emailed a very detailed report later that night with many clear pictures of any concerns items. He also offered us to contact him if we had any questions on the report , so I did on Christmas Eve!! and he kindly responded! He also has great contacts for other experts in case of repair which I took advantage of. I believe the fee was very fair for what he delivered. I highly recommend Tom if you need a house inspector who really cares about your future investment, He is someone who loves his job. Thank you
We're in the process of purchasing our first home. Coincidentally, our real estate agent also recommended this business. Tommy was our inspector. He arrived early on site. He is very nice, personable, professional, and a expert at home inspections. He found details that we would of never thought of. Tommy compiled and sent the inspection report later on in the day. I highly recommend Tommy.
