She takes the time to study a set of plans, and ask the right questions before submitting a proposal to ensure its accuracy. Trust me, this is rare. Shannon is extremely knowledgeable in all of the products she sells, and is a perfect example of a salesperson should be; professional, positive, and non-aggressive.

This was my first time using Argonaut and I will definitely be using them again. We were lucky enough to work with Jerred Daulton, whom made the process seamless and stress free; from helping us with measurements, guiding us with design, to giving us a firm price. He was extremely professional and honest with his opinion -which we appreciated. We will 100% be referring Argonaut to all family/friends.

We had purchased a custom window for a bathroom remodel a couple years earlier and that source had since closed. That had us looking for an altetnative source for the second batch remodel that also included raplacing the window to match the first batch. We walked into Argonaut's showroom to see if they could/would take on our custom job for one window. Jim Boice greeted us and showed a lot of interest in our project. It turned out there was a big sales award event that had taken most of the staff out of the office and Jim was up from Southern California to help out. What a great job Jim did. It took a couple weeks to get the drawings done and approved and then 6 weeks to get the window shipped. Even though Jim had gone back home a couple days after our meeting, he made sure everything was handled and got us a very good price. We will go to Argonaut for all our window and door needs in the future.
