Rude, uncommunicative, completely unprofessional. My guess he mistake me for a younger person and was biased towards me right away. I was dressed in regular sweats and hoodie, instead of my normal work suit and tie. Completely rude and disrespectful.
I called 2 days ahead, Thursday to let him know Im interested in a car, be coming either Friday or Saturday, but will let him know. Either he doesn't listen or he's really pushy, he repeatedly wanted me to come right away. I disregarded my initial poor first impression. I texted him today, Saturday, he texted back okay. When I arrived, he tells me the car is at his house, not at the place of business, blames me for not letting him know. Tries to tell me all dealerships take appointments only, when he didn't communicate that to me for his dealership when we spoke Thursday. Also, that's a lie, dealerships prefer appointments, but walk-ins are welcome. He seemed to be deflecting blame on me. He then proceeded to ask me if I'm ready to buy inappropriately when the car isn't there,
My gut on this shop, always check everything, check paperwork, check loan details, check car in and out, they will cut corners on making the car available for sale, but cut corners and cut costs.
This was my experience with the owner, or so he claims to be the owner. My advice to the gentleman, don't prejudge, treat customers the same respectfully. Value each person equally. Wasted my time today.
The response says it all. Instead of accepting my experience, they deny it. Easy resolution would be to reach out to me, apologize and offer a reconciliation, instead they insinuate I would make this up. This is feedback for you according to my experience, you can accept, do better, or deny it.
