ZERO - STARS--- I approved my artwork April 18. Still never received a proof, follow-up or response to SEVERAL emails, calls and voicemail. Under no circumstances would I do business with this company.
Tried to order new water a week away for a new client on a rush and HE (seems to be one person operation) told me \I’m going to do all I can but we should be able to yes\. Several days go by and several phone calls and he NEVER answers his phone directly and takes for ever to respond via email. Now could lose new client because 1 1/2 days away and tells me not for sure I can make it happen, we'll find out that day whether it gets done or not. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! NEVER returns phone calls.
Hidden place. GPS shows wrong address location. Good staff loaded quickly. Very unorganized tho.
