I am giving 5 stars because they don't have 10 stars. The doctor, care, clinic and staff deserve 10 stars. Saw Dr. Rodriguez for a bunch of chronic GI issues. He is my third intestinal specialist and I even went to Mayo clinic. I got his name from a friend who had seen him in the past and was very happy with his care. He is just the best! Listened carefully, asked questions, allowed me to ask and discuss my concerns. No rush ... just professional and very caring. After a months of testing, he just diagnosed my problem and provided a couple of treatment options. Today, I am back to normal and I am grateful to Dr Rodriguez for his time and care. He figured out stuff not even Mayo clinic could figure out. Thank you again for your care! I absolutely 100% recommend Dr Rodriguez.

It takes several attempts to get them to call you back. I even messaged them by portal once and they called three weeks later. You call the office and it goes to a voicemail that you can barely understand. The office staff is inefficient, which is unfortunate because the Dr Rodriguez and Wendy Beltran PA are very nice.

I love this place! I started having stomach problems at the end of May Went to urgent care where they referred me to a GI. On my first call I spoke to their scheduler who from the begging was a sweet heart.. she answered all of my questions And even went out of her way to contact my primary care doctor to speed up my referral. With in 3 days of my first call I had my first appointment with Dr. Mellen. He was great and made me feel very comfortable talking about my problems.. I had to have a few tests done and every time their scheduler would call me about right away when my results came in.. I am very pleased with their staff, the doctor and all the nurses who took care of me with my procedure.

Dealt with some scheduler named Daisy - Couldn't get an appointment made. Constantly making errors. She was extremely rude and disorganized. After weeks I need to go somewhere else because of this bimbo. This is a doctors office? seriously?
