Griffin did a great job. Showed up on time, was well prepared, Walked us through the options , pros/cons and what was recommended. Accepted changes and then got to work and completed the installation quickly. Reviewed the operational details and left us feeling confident in how to operate or new system in person or remotely. We were very impressed !

Our installer was here on time and he introduced himself and started to go over the program and was very efficient. He said the installation took longer than usual because our address was not correct on the request. we were very pleased with his instructions on how to work the system. o far we have been very happy with having this security system..
The system was presented to us in a clear and east understanding manner. We were made clear the use of each of the features. Once it was installed, each feature was demonstrated to us with clear directions. Our questions were answered. The next day, I could not make one of the features work, so I called ur representative and immediately had clear directions. He walked me through the process on the phone and made sure I understood how to use that feature. We are happy with our system. Our Sales Representative, Matt is excellent.
Our Installer, Kyle, was prompt in appearing for our scheduled service. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring that we had all of our bases covered and making the proper recommendations to fit our needs. He was thorough during the installation and activation process and let us confident in knowing how to operate our system before his departure. While in our home, he was polite, personable and very courteous throughout everything. We couldn't be happier with the level of service provided during our appointment and installation!
The installer was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I have recommended ADT already to a couple of people. The installer made sure I had any and all questions answered, and was very thorough in explaining the way the system works and the different components to it and my choices, and how to operate the system.
