The customer service at the Arlington location is phenomenal. I'm a beginner and was in the market for a good road bike. I was assisted by Amrit who carefully and patiently guided me through the process. I'm very pleased with the outcome and will only go back to Conte's.

Conte’s is fantastic! I went in looking for a new helmet and the staff was helpful right away in getting me the right fit. She explained all of the difference in pricing. I plan to bring my bike here next week to get it serviced. They are also doing a fantastic job with their cleaning protocol (providing hand sanitizer, disinfecting equipment that’s been tried on, wiping down card reader after each use) and every employee was wearing masks appropriately and requires customers to do the same. Excellent experience!
This is my local go-to bike shop!! Mountain, gravel and road ... this is where I get all my bikes worked on. Great mechanics! Great customer service! Great selection of bikes and gear. Whether you’re are a casual cyclist or a semi-crazed enthusiast (guilty!) ... others are good, but this is the North ARL shop I’m 1st to recommend!!
I brought in a Specialized MTB that was sitting around for a couple years. The staff at Conte's provides quality, quick, and friendly service. This is important to me as I don't know much about mountain biking or bike maintenance. I left with an understanding of how to keep the bike in great running condition. I highly recommend for all your cycling needs.
