Having tried creams and other temporary solutions in the past, I knew that they were not a real solution to my problem. I am truly glad that I gave Electrolysis By Francine a try this summer, as it really made all the difference! I sincerely recommend her treatment to anyone in the area who wants permanent results.
Carol was wonderful! She took time to show, demonstrate and explain how wigs work. She was knowledgeable on different types of wigs including real hair wigs which is what I was looking for. She also was sensitive to my cancer situation after having to cut all my hair off :( thank you so much for getting me in quickly and taking the time for a reasonable amount to help me!!!!

I’ve been a customer of Carol Gray for the past 10 years. Carol has always been a fantastic hair dresser to me since I walked into her salon (Carol’s House of Hair) in Arlington Heights in 2009. She is very attentive to specifics/details and always gets the job done perfectly. She is absolutely the best in what she does and there has never been an instance when I’ve walked out of her salon dissatisfied. She is a caring and a hardworking person and always gives the best for her customers. She is fantastic with scheduling appointments and following up with her customers. All her hair services are affordable and best prices. I will continue to be her customer in the future and I look forward to continue working with her.
