On Valentine’s Day, my daughter and I received the most breathtaking arrangements. It definitely made our day!! However after 2 days, the flowers were dying. I assume it was due to the cold weather while out for delivery. I called and spoke with Kristina Lang, about what happened. She was super friendly, and had amazing customer service and said she would send a replacement. I received the replacement today, and once again I was blown away with how beautiful it looked. Thank you, Kristina Lang for listening to my concerns and replacing my order. I will definitely spread the word and will order again soon. It’s nice to know, you guys truly value your customers and go above and beyond to make us smile with beautiful arrangements.

This place is great! I ordered flowers for my grandmother to be delivered to her rehab center while she was recovering from surgery. When she suddenly had to be transferred back to the hospital and the flower shop had already sent her flowers out for delivery, they were able to stop the delivery and reroute them to the hospital. Very nice people!

Kristina helped me out with 2 bouquets for my girlfriend and her daughter. I know nothing about flowers but Kristina kept reassuring me that they would love them . And they did !!! I got major brownie points . She was so helpful and so friendly. Will definitely come back

I ordered flowers to be delivered a week ago and was only charged the day before (pleasant surprise). I sent them as a gift & of course my partner was asleep. They were kind enough to call her back and make the effort to deliver them the day of. She loved them. A bit pricey, however they met expectations.
