I started riding my first motorcycle this year (2020) and when I needed maintenance, The Toy Shop & Motolounge was the most referred motorcycle shop to go to. Although it took a while to get in, because it was peak season for riders, The Toy Shop had a very organized scheduling service unlike other shops. Mike, who helped out the most, made sure I got taken care of by their service department. Along with service, I bought a few sick helmets. Overall this shop provides great quality service and unbeatable prices!!!

Mike is the best. I had an urgent request to replace the bike helmet cheek and head pads. I called the store and requested help as I was on a rush and driving from a different state. Though I didn't purchase either helmet or pads, they still provided the free service. Mike completed everything just in 15 minutes without any waiting time. Amazing and exceptional customer service.
