Purchased a reconditioned forklift a few years ago. Fair price and unit has been solid, with no issues. They were very good to deal with, they added all features I needed and reconditioned the unit. Looked like new upon delivery. Would use again if looking for used forklift.

BUYER BEWARE. Had a lift truck that needed repair. After a few calls I finally got someone out there to take a look at it and he told me what needed to be done and that they would get back to me with a quote. After two weeks of not getting any response they finally scheduled to pick it up. My lift truck sat in their warehouse for well over a month for job that would take 3 hours, with no special order parts. I kept calling and they kept giving me the run around and that they were soo busy. After I got the truck back I found out that they had wired it wrong. I will NEVER let them in my warehouse again.

They repaired my forklift 6 months ago . They told me that I have warranty . Few days it was broken again . I call them I spoke with someone he told me ok he will come in next day or two . Later called me I think manager just to make sure - he told me guy will come on Thursday 10 AM . I had one more call from owner this time in mid time . I was waiting on Thursday - no one showed up . I've tried to call no one was picking up . Today (Mon) - I called office they told me to find other company . No apologizes , nothing - you don't like it - go to hell . I've paid them 500 and I'm screwed right now .
