Lowe's is absolutely the BEST Home Improvement store out there! They always have what I'm looking for at a great price! During the summer months their Garden Center is always IMMACULATE! High quality and plenty of variety, and you can even save an extra 5% off any purchase in the entire store using your Lowe's Card! Can't beat it!

Do not buy anything from this store. Do Not Buy an Appliance from Lowe's in Arlington!! I made that mistake. Bad, Bad place. I spent the Fourth of July Week shopping online for a dishwasher. I found one at Lowe's. I bought it. I was not given any warning but just got an email instructing me that there would be a delivery between 8 AM and 8 PM on Monday. No one asked me about a good time or day for a delivery for our family. I called in three times to try and speak to someone but got hung up on at 11:34 AM, 11:37 AM and 11:43 AM. The people in the store would pick up then hang up. I finally got through to the store manager two days later, she apologized and said she would have someone call me about the delivery. The delivery driver called and said they had us on the schedule for 3 - 5 PM delivery which was odd because I never spoke to anyone and had a doctor's appointment at 3 PM that day. So after two days of calling back and begging to speak to anyone I finally got a delivery driver with some professionalism. He actually called me back and only missed his promised delivery time by two hours. After he left, I examined the dishwasher and saw it had been dropped at least twice. the actual packing wood was cracked, and I could feel the dent in the dishwasher while it was still in the box. I called the delivery driver and he said to call the store and have another one brought out. I called and got the run around. I am still waiting on the manager to call me back to set up a pickup and a return. Do not buy anything from this store!!!

I asked 1 cashier to please call somebody to aisle 5, I never heard it over the intercom I waited patiently for quite some time I then proceeded to ask a second employee and I waited again. I finally got somebody that was busy at the time but I figured they were working and doing they're job so they will help me. I asked him to please call somebody over the intercom to come and help, he did and it was at that first time I heard somebody call 4 help over the intercom. I waited patiently once more and again no help came. I would have done it myself but unfortunately the item that I needed was all the way at the top you need one of their little do dads or the stairs to get to it it was up all the way at the top were the extra supplies are kept. I left the store I didn't get the items I needed and I'm not sure if I'm going to return so now I'm on my way to Home Depot great job lows.

Lowes is ghost town. Can never get anyone in appliance department to answer the phone to answer questions. After finally ordering dishwasher from another state, long story short... I requested a full refund after installer never contacted me a week after purchasing dishwasher. Thirty days later I'm still disputing refund.
