This place doesn't deserve any stars. My Mom went to this facility late friday night. Monday morning she was rushed back to the hospital UNRESPONSIVE!! She was sent there by Mansfield Methodist Hospital. Because they informed us she was medically capable of leaving and only needed Rehab. This facility agreed to transport our Mom back and forward to dialysis. But they never did. They never even took time to read her medical chart. That shows these were her doctors orders. No phones inside this facility threw up A RED FLAG, every time you call : Oh she's just resting. This also threw up a RED FLAG. Once she arrived at the hospital early Monday Morning. Not only was Mom UNRESPONSIVE, her Glucose Level was 600, Also other health mishaps happen due to neglect on their part at this facility and it was very obvious and also pointed out to us by the hospital nurse. Once we arrived. I can't get into any other details. But the worst part is our mom died Thanksgiving Day. And she had only been there 2 1/2 days at this facility. My Mom was talking and in good spirits before she left Mansfield Methodist Hospital. Just to inform you we will get our answers. And her family understands medicine very well. 2 of her sister's are nurses, daughter is a surgical instrument technician, 1st cousin Nurse Practitioner, and her Son in law a Medical Insurance Exec. So this isn't a family that can't except death it's how she died. Due to your facility act of neglect. We've delt with death before because of our career choices.I just pray another family doesn't endure this pain of losing a loved one due to there neglect.Please don't allow your family to go to Arlington Residence& Rehab.

This place is absolutely terrible from communication to taking care of the patients my dad has been in there and if he did not call every day we would not know what is going on in there. DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU KNOW THERE NOT EVEN A BUG it is the worst professionally and medically just don't send anyone there

If there could be a negative star review, this place would certainly get the absolute worst rating. My sister went in for rehab to walk and stand after a fall, and came out dehydrated, malnourished, and with several bedsores. Avoid this place at all costs!

Sent the patient home with the wrong medications. They gave the patient blood thinners when the medication profile doesn't state blood thinners
