When I arrived at Shea, I was in bad shape from Covid 19 double pneumonia and terribly weak. I'd lost 18 lbs in 9 days in the hospital. These people are friendly, kind, totally skilled, compassionate. They told me they'd bring me back and they did! The nursing staff is superb, the doctors come every couple days to see you and they listen, the CNA's are excellent, and the physical therapists are the best. They all display a positive attitude every day. Angels walk in these halls. The facility is super clean. The night staff is awesome. Listen, if you have a loved one or if you yourself need rehab, this is the place for you. I was scared to death and these people made me comfortable. They were supportive even when I felt awful. They never made me feel bad because I made a mess. They worked every day with me to bring me back. I would never have achieved recovery without every one of them. If I ever have to go to a rehab center again in this life, it will be here where you can be safe and get excellent care.

I just went home today from Shea Post Acute. I had an incredibly positive experience there. Miguel and Maria were extremely helpful in the mornings and Jane came to take my weight every Wednesday and she was so sweet. My therapists Amber and Emma were amazing and I can walk today because of them. The nursing staff including Sadie, Trevor and of course Kathy were incredible. If you need to go to rehab, this is the place to be. I am forever grateful!!!!

Shea Parc, You’re gonna read a lot of different points of view on this place. The truth is, there are a lot of good, professional, positive, caring staff here. Like any facility like this, personnel is sometimes stretched thin so patients have longer call light waits. It happens at a lot of places . The nursing staff here is great. These individuals go out of their way for patients. The administration staff is great as well. Cello in admissions will go the extra mile for his patients. The physical training staff is awesome . I have been working with Tammy, Tony, and Heather after a 50day hospital stay. They are so encouraging and really positive. They will “ push you” but always make sure you do it safely and to your bodies benefit. The CNA’s are great as well. Zack, Brice,Keanu ,Katie ,& Grace have been professional, punctual, and nicest people to me .They always have a smile and always treated me with dignity and respect. As I have seen them with all patients. Do I recommend Shea Parc ? Yes! Is the staff qualified and professional-? yes Is the food good? Depends how picky you are Are the rooms clean and sanitized? Very Fact of the matter is , good caring people do work here. They wanna see you heal and feeling better .

I used to work in one of these facilities. When I came in it smelled like Clorox, which is a good thing. It means clean. If I had any choice of where to stay again it would be here. The nurses know what you need. They work with you. They don’t push you. They’re friendly and caring. Even if they don’t know you there’s a lot of warmth. I got them all pizza to show them my gratitude. In any other situation I wouldn’t leave. Shout out to the housekeeping team and the CNAs and Nurses Maria, Miguel Kathy and Cathy. All of them are great. You guys got 10 stars from me! Awesome place.

I spent 2 weeks at Shea. Everything went well with therapy. It was tiring but got me stronger. I really appreciated my CNA Miguel as he was Joyful and always willing to help. Nursing was nice and helpful and I had no complaints for the staff. The best part was working with therapy to get me back to a level of independence to get back home to see my family.
