Had a awesome experience at Renaissance. At first felt weird due to my age being there. But nurses and staff made me feel at home. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The doctor keep me well informed and made me feel like I was her only patient. Physical and occupational therapist keep me motivated and pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of. Overall cant thank them enough for my spinal recovery and making me feel like a individual. Thank you to everyone who works there from social worker to custodial staff. I highly recommend this center. I am forever thankful.

The best feature at Renaissance is their physical therapy. The food is good and well prepared. Their nurses are good. Many of the nursing assistants are courteous and efficient, but some are unhappy and downright rude to the patients. Some are poorly trained, and have no people skills. It was apparent to me the place is understaffed. The cleaning crew does not clean bathrooms thoroughly if at all. Several commodes do not flush well and stop up easily. The plumbing is not maintained properly, e.g. both showers on the first floor were out of service for weeks. They don't have enough wash rags, of all things. The first shower I took there, no wash rag was available and I had to wash with a towel which was unpleasant. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

After reading mixed reviews for several rehab facilities I decided to visit a few before selecting Renaissance Park Multi-Care Center as the rehab facility my husband would go to following a long hospital stay for pneumonia. I am happy to report that this was the right decision. Nurses and assistants were attentive and compassionate. The physical therapy team helped my husband regain his confidence and independence. I will definitely use the facility if the need should arise again and recommend this facility to anyone requiring rehab.

I would give zero stars if it were possible!!! This is the worst place you could ever imagine to leave your loved one. This is current as of February 20, 2019. Old decrepit facility with nurses, aids and social worker who absolutely will not do their jobs. Frustration is what you will get if you leave your family member there. Ask patients who are there what they are experiencing and most will tell you they are not happy. Slow to respond if in fact they respond at all. Some reviews say \first class\ must be joking. I would say \No class\. In fact the care is so bad we had our member transferred out to another facility as soon as we caught on to the operations. Weekends are very low staffed as if the needs of the patients diminished because it was the weekend. The place and care is about the most extreme of non existence you would ever expect to experience. From no sheets on the bed and they can't find any, no wheel chair or walker, nurse turns out call light and leaves room and returns to station - my dad had to have her come back to the room and assist with restroom. Oh she just wants to go home is what the nurse said without ever speaking to Donna. My dad says no, she needs help to get to the restroom. Unbelievable! More to say, but you get the idea - DON'T DO IT!! I do not give 3 stars as shown above. I have come back to edit several times as I thought of things to add. I GIVE ONLY ONE STAR AND WOULD GIVE NONE IF POSSIBLE!!!!!

This place is first class. I would recommend it to anyone. From the Nursing Staff, Kitchen Staff, Janitorial services they are AMAZING. Cleanest Nursing home/ Rehabilitation center Ive ever been to. They make it easier to be away from my Family by the way that they treat you. Very impressed Chuck Castles
