I never imagined I would be living in a nursing home but the move has been surprising pleasant. The facility is wonderful I love the rehab and nursing staff. Everyone is friendly and I have made new friends.

I wish I could give this facility a negative 100!!! My dad has been in this facility for one month and has deteriated from talking to non-verbal communication. My sister's and I have been calling every single day with no return calls, being put on hold for 20-30 minutes. In a world of Covid you would think they would be more responsive and concerned about their patients. I'm so disappointed in the staff's lack of response, communication, and lack of empathy from this facility. We beleived thos would be a good facility but so far its not.

I will be finding a lawyer soon to help me with reporting a lot negligence! My father is in there and the stories he has told me break my heart... I will be doing something soon about his situation, just want him to be somewhere that he is treated with some human decency at the least!
