Had my Grandma stay there for rehab/short term care. She contracted Covid from either here or the hospitals she was in and out of after the second broken hip done at Darcy. They changed her insurance coverage illegally and took away coverage, ballooning bills out of control. They brought her out to see us and she didnt even have her glasses on. She looked dead in her wheel-chair. When asking her care taker where her glasses were, “I didnt know she had glasses.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Broke her hip there after she was in there for help rehabbing the OTHER hip she had broke due to negligence by their staff. She ended up passing away soon after her stay here. She was an Alzheimers patient too. An aspect of your job is to get acquainted with your residents to know their needs and tenancies, dont like it? Quit. This entire place needs to be shut down. These people contributed to her demise. Whatever you do, KEEP YOUR LOVED ONES OUT OF DARCY HALL.

My sister is a resident at Darcy Hall as of Feb. 2020. Everyone who has been involved with her care has gone beyond my expectations. I myself have had the opportunity to communicate with several team members., from the front desk operators, business office, social workers and of course all of the devoted health care workers. Even Administrators have taken the time for me. We these very difficult times, I am at peace knowing the care my loved one is receiving. Thank all of you, Beverly Cole
