My elderly sister was at Garden Terrace for skilled Nursing care. She spent several months here. It was such a great place for her to get the medical care she needed. Everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. Even in the midst of a pandemic the staff went above and beyond to make sure we could stay in contact with my sister. I was so impressed with the quality of care my sister received. I highly recommend this facility if you have a loved one that needs care.

I recently completed in-patient therapy at Garden Terrace at Fort Worth. When I first arrived, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect as I was recovering from a serious illness and was unable to walk. I had to be lifted in and out of bed with a hoyer lift and was unable to take any steps. With the help of the staff in just 3 short weeks, I made a drastic improvement. I not only could take myself in and out of bed without any assistance, but was walking close to 140 steps without any problems. I want to sincerely thank all of the staff at Terrace Garden for their professionalism, compassion, knowledge and expertise. Both Nicole and Brittany had a strong belief in my abilities, when I was having a lot of doubt. Their attention to detail played a significant part in my road to recovery along this journey. I now feel confident transitioning back home and continuing the hard work by utilizing the tools that they have given to me. I would highly recommend Garden Terrace as an excellent resource for anyone needing rehabilitative therapy.

I’ve been here many times when I see certain clients our company, Allies In Home Care, provides one on one care for. The staff is nice and helpful, everyone is very professional, and the facility is very clean! If needed, I would trust a loved one to be in this facility.

The nursing staff is great! Accolades to Jackie Smith, LVN her proactive approach in assisting me with my fathers aspiration issues. This nurse recognized an issue and took action! Facility has a free guest suite from out of town family. Only issue I had was the doctor on call did not return call for 24 hours while my father was aspirating and then referred case to a dietician to resolve. Unacceptable response time for a weekend on call MD. This dropped my rating.
