Had an excellent experience with Rooftop Chimney Sweeps. Grant and his partner came out and did an exceptionally thorough job in providing an estimate; they gave me quotes for all the different options I had for the service I needed done. Grant was great about being clear with the work to be done, and following up. We ended up getting our chimney rebuilt from the roofline up, as well as relining one of the flues. The team they sent out did an excellent job, all in the hottest week of the summer. They communicated throughout the week on their progress, kept the work area clean, and were very courteous and conscientious when they needed to come into the house to do the inside portion of the relining. If we ever need to get the other side of the chimney relined we definitely won't hesitate to give them a call.

Great experience having a new liner put into my old fireplace! Punctual and professional. They covered everything, cleaned everything and were pleasant to interact with. Would totally recommend!
The service men (Kyle & Darren) showed up on time and answered all the questions asked. As the work progressed, they kept us informed. When the chimney liner installation was delayed due to 90 degree angle change in the chimney flue, they alerted us of the additional time needed for installation. They were able to complete the job in the same day without needing to breach the exterior wall - Yeh! Throughout the entire process the guys were informative and courteous. It was a pleasure to have Rooftop Chimney services.
Rooftop Chimney Sweeps repaired my chimney and installed a wood burning stove, which I bought through the Company. The staff are knowledgeable professionals with a strong customer focus and good follow-up service. The Company prices appear competitive. I happily endorse their services, Mike
Update May 17 2019: Changing from 3 to 5 stars for great customer service! I got a call from Rooftop Chimney on May 15 for a follow up inspection with Perry today. Perry did a great job explaining what they will do, what they eventually found, additional fixes they did, and next steps if my fireplace continues to leak. May 14 2019: 3 STARS FOR NOW as my fireplace leak issue is not resolved. I’ve sent an email to Josh Perez about this and I’ll update this review after I hear back from him. I do hope this company has great customer service. Just based on the work done on May 6, 2019, Josh paid attention and detail to my leak issue and concerns. Friendly and I got the feeling that he really wants to help resolve my problem. I also appreciate the before and after pictures. For this I give him 5 stars. Now, we’ll see if I get a response on my email.
