The driver, Ernest, did a great job navigating through extremely heavy traffic. Then later that evening he made a special trip back to my house to return an important book that I had absent-mindedly left in the van.
This is the fourth time I have used them to pick my mother up and take her to the airport to and from no issue. When she arrive back they were waiting for her my mother is 85 she enjoy her trip thanks super shuttle for being very professional.
This was the first time I have ever been to Washington DC and nervous about getting from the airport to the hotel. Super Shuttle was waiting for me. The app is so easy. They messaged me on my phone before the flight landed and gave me directions exactly where to go. They were on time. Easy to find. Even had a picture of the driver and van number and location.
