I went in looking to trade in my 2020 KIA Forte GT Line, because I was unhappy with the performance on the car as well as the service department at the KIA dealership I bought the car at. For a GT line it had ZERO get up and go power. The salesman I dealt with at Arnie Bauer was someone that my entire family has bought a vehicle from for the last 15 years and I was silly to not go to him in the first place. He worked his magic along with Byron the general manager and got me not only out of that KIA but got me a better interest rate as well. We follow Mike wherever he goes, because he knows what he's doing and will do whatever it takes to get you into a great vehicle.Also a huge shoutout to the general manager Byron for stepping into a position he hasn't been in for quite some time to give his employees the day off. Great job all around !

We just traded my 2013 GMC Sierra Crew Cab 4x4 1500for a brand new, year end 2020 Chevy Silverado 4x4 Crew Cab 1500 Custom. Mike and Byron did a great job for us. I bought a car from them because they said it ran perfectly, and it seemed like a nice deal. Two weeks later, I had to come back to them because my alternator was having problems. A week after that I had to get new brakes because I got them checked out and they said they were so bad that they could’ve went out on me at any moment. 6 months after purchasing the car, I broke down on the highway on Thanksgiving because the motor went out. They said there’s nothing they could do to help me, even though they sold me a faulty car.
