We absolutely love our pool. This is an incredible company. From getting the bid to the install, It was seamless. This business knows their business. We had Just Pools install an inground pool for us this summer, couldn't be happier. Professional, hard working crews. They were very knowledgeable and it shows in the quality of their workmanship. Showed up when they said they would and got the job done in a timely manner.
We purchased a hot tub about a year ago. Within the first month they had to return to do warranty repairs for controls on hot tub. Then in less than a year we started losing water on a daily basis. They again returned for repair and we were told it was seals in pumps and that they shouldn’t be leaking. Another two weeks waiting for parts to come in. They showed up to make repairs, drained the hot tub to make repairs, worked on it and left with hot tub empty. We refilled the hot tub and now circuit breakers will not reset. I am not sure if all of this is the result of being sold defective product or not but the service to make good on their product had a lot to be desired. We are again in a waiting pattern to see when they will show up.
