It's been a very pleasant first month here at Atley. The units have surprisingly great noise-dampening between units, which helps keep the unit feeling quiet. I'm also loving all the dogs I see!! It's so refreshing to be at a community complex which welcomes so many breeds of dogs, and I know my pup and I are enjoying all the furry and fuzzy friends we have met on walks and at the dog park. The designated/assigned parking means I have the security of not having to scour for a spot late at night after work, and the controlled gate access means I feel safe leaving my car at night even though it is out of view from my apartment window. Residents have all been quite friendly so far and even those with young children or dogs who bark from time to time don't pollute the atmosphere with excessive sound thanks to the composition of the buildings themselves. It's nice to have such a bustling community.

I absolutely love this community. From the first moment where David at the leasing office welcomed us for a tour to the move in and now settled in, the experience has been wonderfully peaceful. The apartments are luxurious and clean. Neighbors are respectfully quiet. I love that my daughter has the playground right there and the walking paths are fun. The community is beautiful. We are very happy here.

We have been residents of this community for more than a couple of years. It has been a very pleasant stay for us till date. We recently opted for renovating our carpet floors to hard flooring - and this upgrade was done within a day’s time, less than 24 hours!!! We couldn’t be more pleased with the end results. As always the staff members - Lynda, Tracey, David and Erica have been extremely helpful all these years. Maintenance staff Richard and Juan are the pros who literally have made our stay extremely pleasant since day 1 and there hasn’t been one issue that they have not been quick enough to fix. A special thanks to Richard and Juan.

So far since living here I have had a wonderful experience! I came from another community where I had more than just a handful of problems just after 6 months! Since switching to the Atley I have loved everything about living here. The community is always clean, the maintenance is extremely responsive, my neighbors and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The surrounding community is perfect for my daily runs and I feel very safe in the comfort of my own home.
