This used to be a great little bank. I'm not sure what happened over the last 10 years since I opened my account until now. I was never a large dollar depositor, but they still saw me as a person, and had been terrific with loans. I took out 3 loans I believe, and paid everyone back completely and was never late. Something changed and they became callous, cold, and incredibly impersonal. Same people, just developed a really lousy attitude. After being rejected for 3 different loans, all of which were small amounts, that I'd have been easily able to pay, I closed my account...to which she also didn't care at all. Their rejections were as impersonal as you could get. Even lenders that I had previously done NO business with, at least reached out to tell me the problem and tried working out other options. Not this bank. I got a letter in the mail basically saying, \denied.\ I emailed to close and she couldn't have cared less. This bank has gone way downhill and, frankly, I hope they shut down and put the employees out of work. They basically collect a check from what I see and offer no customer service at all.
