Charlie was awesome on the sale of our 2019 Equinox. Direct, honest and very personable. Ross Luck was great, when you deal with someone who's name is on the building you can be assured you are not just a number here. We have purchased vehicles from other dealerships in the past but Luck Chevrolet will be our go-to in the future. Top notch all the way around!! PS if you're a dog lover, they have a very friendly golden retriever that likes to say Hi!!

The service department is amazing! My Navy son was on his way home on leave when his engine blew. Everyone in the service dept was awesome. They kept him updated on the process and got him up and running just as quickly as they could (I mean they did have to order a whole engine along with other parts). Thank you for everything!

I purchased a 2020 Colorado from Luck Chevrolet and had a great experience. 1. 1st thing that stood out is the salesman Charlie let me come to Luck to try out my car seats as I have 2 and plan to have 3 kids and need to make sure I can seat 3. 2. Charlie was very transparent about all fees from Luck Chevrolet. His honesty played a large factor in us buying the truck from Luck. 3. Even tho Luck didn't have any of the vehicles we wanted in stock we knew we wanted to work with Luck due to the honesty and transparency by Charlie. It is hard to put it in words how much of a better experience it was talking to Charlie vs other salesmen/women. 4. We ended up buying a truck from West Virginia procured by Luck Chevrolet. We paid a transportation fee for the truck even tho we could have gone 45 mins away for a similar truck. It is we the customer service that stood out and made us want to get a truck from Luck. 5. Unfortunately the truck was damaged in the possession of Luck. (a small dent). Luck promised to fix the truck so we bought it and then the damage was fixed 8 or 9 days after the purchase. We had the upmost confidence that Luck was going to fix the truck. 6. The windshield wiper sensor was also busted, and luck swaped it out after purchase, it was seamless. 7. The way Luck handled the hiccups was seamless, they drove to my house a good 20-25 mins away from Luck and dropped off a rental. They drove my truck to wherever their body shop contacts are, fixed the truck, swapped out the windshield wiper sensor, and offered to drive it back. I had to go into town for something so I drove to Luck and picked up my truck. The whole repair experience took 3 days. Overall a good experience we had obstacles but they where well taken care of by Charlie and Luck Chevrolet. I would highly recommend this dealership especially if you are from the area and want to stay local. These are good local people.
