Worst place I have ever taken a pet. My poor dog was dropped off at 8 am on a Sunday for a few stitches. I was told that it would only be a couple hours and to go home that they would call when she was ready. I had to call 5 hours later to find out that she still hadn't been stitched up yet. Again 8 hours later I had to call again to find out that she was finally in recovery. At 445 I was contacted that she was ready for pick up. Mind you my poor dog has not eaten at all yet. I arrive at 515 to pick her up and had to call 3 times to remind them that I was there to get her finally at 630 they brought my dog out and gave me no instructions on how to care for her. It got worse when we got home and I realized she didn't get any water while she was there because she gorged herself as soon as we walked in the door til she puked. This whole terrible day also cost me 1100 dollars. My dog also pulled most of the stitches out in the next few days because they had been so poorly placed.. When I contacted them to get her taken care of i was referred to the director which I could only contact through emails he has still not responded to 2 emails over a week later. I finally had to take my dog to my vet and spend more money to get the same thing done again. Also my vet only charged 230 bucks for the same thing. I wouldn't trust this vet to revive roadkill. For the sake of God please do not take your loved pets to this place. They will be severely mistreated and neglected. I truly hope this place closes very soon so that they can never treat animals this way!

Wow! The Aspen Meadow team is AMAZING. I run a local pet sitting company and one of my clients urgently needed to see a vet. The Aspen Meadow team talked me through the process, made me feel comfortable, were clear and direct, kept me updated with phone calls and took excellent care of my furry friend. We came in on a Thursday at 930pm and were gone by 11pm. Thank you so much and a special thanks to Brianne and Alexander for helping me navigate my situation.
I read all the reviews, especially the negative ones and there is a common theme - a specialist emergency vet surgery is expensive. For me, it was too, but for my dog the surgery was highly complicated. The cost is not a surprise, they quote you upfront. Having pets is expensive, especially with emergency surgery vet visits, and I always tell people to get pet insurance! Don't blame a specialist for the price of specialist emergency surgery!!! Sheesh. Now my experience was great. My vet surgeon was Dr Trent. I will admit (and probably Dr Trent would agree) he is not a warm and fuzzy guy. But he is super smart, and highly qualified. My first diagnosis from another vet was amputation. I was all in for saving my dog's leg, despite it being a more expensive option with no guarantees. Today my dog has full use of his leg. I will always be grateful to Aspen Meadow and Dr Trent. And the ladies on front desk were great!
I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Aspen Meadows and their talented team. Our dog Stormy contracted a rare fungal disease known as disseminated histoplasmosis. He began presenting symptoms once he was in liver failure, at which point we took him to Aspen Meadow. He fought hard with an indefatigable team of vets working diligently to try to reverse the course of his disease. Unfortunately, he passed away this morning. The Aspen Meadows team has been fantastic throughout the past week, which has easily been one of the most emotional weeks of my life. I've witnessed doctors stay up late, researching similar human cases to glean optimal treatment options. I've been comforted and advised by honest but compassionate individuals through some of toughest moments of my life. I truly believe my dog received some of the best treatment possible from passionate people who comforted and encouraged him despite overwhelming odds. I cannot thank them enough.
