Extremely impressed with this company. A month ago I called another company and I was not present but they came and just replaced a capacitor. I had already checked both and they were good. I should have checked further but I let it go. A month later the AC goes out again and I called ASR this time over the weekend. Bobby came out on a Sunday. He found the contactor was welded shut on one leg, the unit was overcharged, a schrader valve was leaking, and cleaned the coils. He got me back up but the damage was already done to the compressor motor. A week later the unit failed. It started tripping the circuit breaker the night before so i checked amp draw and it was 18 on one and 10 on the other. I called ASR again they came out that day to check and both legs of the motor windings had gone to ground. So I would have to replace the unit. The next day Bobby and Matt had the new unit installed and going. I went over the installation and these guys did a great job. They just did it right and didn't cut any corners to make their life easier and it was an extremely hot day. All of the charges seemed extremely reasonable. I could have saved alot of money by calling them the first time. These guys are my service providers from here on. I watched them do diagnostics twice and they are thorough. This is kind of service is what you want.
