If you care about service after the sale, and I mean starting from the moment after the sale this is not the place for you. We bought our camper in May of 2020, when setting up the sale I stressed the importance of needing to take delivery by a specific date, sales person assured me that wouldn’t be a problem, guess what it was we had to delay our first camping trip by 1 day to take delivery. When we arrived picked it up the furnace was not working options were leave it and miss our entire camping trip or take the camper and bring it back for service so that is the option we chose. Fast forward to last week I call for service on the long list of items not working properly on the camper and I’m being told 4-6 weeks for repairs causing us to miss out on yet another camping trip. They may have lower prices than say Tyler or Longview but there is a reason for that.

First time RVing and the folks at Athens RV are great. Shelly educated us during our final walk through on our RV and was a wealth of knowledge for us. Doing paperwork with Carol was painlessly easy. Great parts department with help from Kelly. The service department is top notch. Carlton Carter is one hands on owner that helped us understand our RV. Working with the team at Athens RV was a real pleasure. When I called, the owner answered the phone himself and spent nearly an hour on the phone with me talking about all the different things one needs to consider when purchasing an RV.
