The inspector arrived late and did not do an adequate job. Had to have a second inspection and now I'm out 400 - do yourself a favor and go elsewhere even if you have to pay more. Our exterminator even found major problems that this guy didn't even mention!

I preface this review by saying that I chose Home Pro for two reasons: a referral and my interactions with Allyson. I was exploring a commercial space and I had no idea what I was doing. It was a real leap of faith and Home Pro was the FIRST place I called. Allyson was so kind and excited for me and our business. She was patient and made me feel comfortable with the process and Home Pro. I was sold immediately, but being a good customer I shopped around. Every single other inspector had what sounded like a temp answering a phone with a script. Sometimes the return in quote took days, and no one was personable or pleasant to speak with. In the end I did not end up moving forward with my project, but you can rest assured I would only choose Home Pro in the future. Clearly they must be fantastic at what they do, and the turn around time on quote provided by Allyson was so quick! Their customer service is top notch.
