I will start off this review by saying that my issue was not with the service that I received from the center. If you have insurance DO NOT come here. I have 2 insurances therefore, I usually do not have a lot of charges out of pocket. Due to the incompetence of this staff, I had to fork over so many hundreds of dollars out of pocket because they cannot file insurance correctly. I cannot even talk to the first person on the phone about my file because it is so twisted and mucked up. My last appointment to this place was in February and I am still fighting with this billing center. They blame my insurance, but I have NEVER had this issue ANYWHERE else. Please avoid this place at all cost. It will cause you a headache in the long run.

Do not go here for any dental work. Two crowns from here failed within 4 years and the tooth was so poorly worked by them it necessitated extraction. Only the teeth UGA worked on have caused me trouble. Do not go here.

Everyone here is so amazing! I love my PCP, Dr. Herrin. Having your own assigned clinic and team makes it feel like your hometown doctor. The pharmacy is nothing short of excellent, and I've never bawked at a price. The pharmacy staff always pick up the phone, Debra is so sweet and will answer any question. Receptionists and accounts staff are friendly also. Overall the best hospital ever.
