I was recommended to this practice and have been trying since AUGUST 2020 to get an appointment. I left one voicemail only per instructions and waited 6 weeks for a call back for an appointment. Guess what, I was on another call for work and missed it. So, I left another voicemail (September 2020). It is now November 10, 2020 and I have heard nothing, no call back. God forbid I would have to get in there quickly for something with my child. It just isn't happening, unfortunately.

Don't waste your time. Can't get through to a real person to make an appointment. I've called for the past three days to schedule an appointment and have left messages. Their answering systems tells you they will return messages within 24 hrs, but still no call. Currently looking fo r a new pediatric neurology clinic. Like other reviews state, doctors are great, just office staff is hard to reach to do anything.
I wish I could give a better review, but just don’t waste your time. We took my daughter here on a referral from Kaiser for Tourette’s. The doctor was great, but when we went back for a CT, the person doing the scan had called out for the day and no one called us. We were already at the facility(an hour away from home), and had been waiting about 30 minutes before they told us the person wouldn’t be in. Now, I’m trying to get an appointment to follow up, and no one will answer the phone. I’ve left four messages, sent emails - no return calls or emails. Are they even still in business?? I’ve been calling over the last 2-3 months and no one ever answers. I will be looking for another neurologist.
I have never had a bad experience here in person or over the phone *when I'm actually able to get someone on the phone*. Unfortunately, I have to leave so many voicemails that it gets super frustrating. Right now we're out of medication and I've been trying to get a refill with no response. I know that if I could actually get someone on the phone they would be helpful, but... good luck with that, I guess? Again, we love Dr. Cheng and everyone who works there. I just wish it wasn't like pulling teeth to get to talk to someone.
I have never had a problem with making an appt or with the office staff. Are they outgoing and enthusiastic? No. Are they efficient at doing their job? Yes. I dont need someone kissing my a** when I make an appt, I need someone who knows pediatric neurology because my son is sick. Think about that before you make your decision on whether or not you want to take you child there.
