Front desk and help staff are very nice, awesome people. Love those guys at the front desk. Someone crooked in the top ranks makes it nigh impossible to get a report because they decided the place should be open until like 3.30pm. Cobb County has their desk open until nearly midnight. For as much taxes as they collect, they should at least have this place open until a minimum of 5pm.

Called to see where my car was impounded to. No matter what button you press in the phone tree, no one answers. If you press 0 for operator it hangs up in you. K thanks I dont need a car. What else did I expect from govt services

If I could give a 0 star, I would. It takes over a month for me to get a police report. They tell me the officer is not in until 3:30 and that’s exactly when central records close. I kept calling every other day for the police report and no one ever gave me a call back.
