Atlanta Pro Bikes is the best. I’ve bought two Konas from them, and the process was easy. I just went in for my one-year tuneup, and my bike feels brand new! They also got it tuned up quickly so I could get it back before a trip. Quality bikes, great shop!

The folks were incredibly helpful when I brought my bike in needing an adjustment. I later brought a friend here with a bike problem and he received the same great service. This is a great bike shop and everyone I’ve interacted with here have been great. I live in midtown and I could walk my bike to a shop that’s near Piedmont and Cheshire Bridge. However, that midtown bike shop told me on the phone they are not servicing bikes, and I’m glad I found Atlanta Pro Bikes.

After seeking help with a vintage bike from 5 other popular Atlanta shops to no avail, the OWNER answered the phone, advised me to bring it on in AND guaranteed he would take care of me. Fully ready to call his bluff i took the bike the 40 minute drive to this shop. John, the master mechanic simply did not take no for an answer and literally made a bottom bracket tool to extract the 30 year old bottom bracket. Upon removal we found a Phil Wood bottom bracket with proprietary parts. This is what stumped all the other shops. Very impressive bit of tenacity with these guys. Go there if you need anything done RIGHT!!

Called in the am and they were able to repair my bike same day... these guys are freaking great, SO nice and worth every dollar. Definitely bringing my bike back for further repairs.
