Avalon Ridge Apartments are the best apartments that I've ever seen. The community is always clean and they are very nice in the inside. The leasing consultant Keisha made me feel very welcome in my new home. They always send emails to show that they care. The maintenance team is always on point.The neighborhood is kid friendly and they have lots of amenities including fitness room, computer room, and gazebo. There is also a very nice swimming pool that I can't wait to open back up.

GREAT COMMUNITY!!!! VERY CLEAN AND QUIET. BEEN LIVING AT AVALON RIDGE FOR TWO YEARS NOW AND STILL NO PROBLEMS. LEASING OFFICE IS VERY HELPFUL WITH ANY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS.ALWAYS RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS IN TIMELY MATTER. MAINTENANCE CREW ARE EFFICIENT ON WORK ORDERS. ONSITE SECURITY OFFICER . AND OVERALL THE COMMUNITY IS VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY.
I really liked the apartments and was interested in moving there. Until I called--- and the guy who answered acted as if I was bothering him by calling. I asked if I'd need to make an appointment to come in (due to COVID) or if I could just inquire over the phone. His response \You can't do either of those things right now.\ :-/ What!? Then before I could ask any other questions, he immediately rattled off a list of what they CAN'T DO and my response was \Well can you tell me what you CAN do...\ He said they aren't taking any new applicants. They are putting people on a waitlist for 2 and 3 bedrooms. When asked how long was the waitlist, to which he sighed (in the phone), he replied \more than 183 names\... It was as if I was annoying him by calling. I'm super disappointed.
If we could give a 0 rating we would. Me and my husband have been calling to speak with a leasing agent for 2 weeks failing miserably. It is an atrocity that you can call them three or four times in one day and leave two Messages and get no responses at all. Why have an apartment listing online if no one works in the office to set appointments. If you really wish to lease apartments then I Behoove you to employ someone professional to ANSWER THE PHONE! Terrible
My kids and I really enjoy calling Avalon Ridge home. From the office staff to the maintenance staff. They're always pleasant and looking for ways to make sure you're 100% satisfied and comfortable.
