So for the price for the space you get an incredible deal for some of the best highway access in the city! I’m staying another year and downsizing apartments and they have made that process so easy! Anyone needing a big apartment at a great price should come!
Dunwoody Exchange is a terrible apartment complex that has been getting worse and worse as the years pass. Management has gotten unbearable for residents, they are clearly under staffed and don't have enough people to keep up with tenants needs. Shaquita Fuller who I believe is the manager there isn't attentive to the residents that live there and makes errors that end up gravely affecting the residents that live there. I NEVER leave reviews but this apartment complex needs to get called out on their lack of attention to detail. ML-Propertys should really be looking into this matter more closely and protecting their tenants by making sure that their locations are staffed properly. Would NOT RECOMMEND this apartment complex for anyone that is currently searching.
I lived here for a while about 5 years ago. Management was good to me! Thank you!
