So impressed! Didn't make an appointment, but apparently if you go on line, you can. Easy parking, waited in line about 15-20 with a good book. Properly spaced, most had on a mask, someone from inside kept us up to date. Once in the door I got a number, Barely sat down and I was called. Really nice lady behind the counter, checked my eyes, took my pic, 32 cc dollars, gave my old license back for ID, paper copy for driving, til my new one comes. In and Out Less than 5 minutes. Wow! Way to go!

I was so pleased at how nice the lady was who helped me. Her name was Reginia. It was the end of the day, and the lines were long but she welcomed me like I was the first customer of the day. We had such a nice, pleasant conversation. Her appreciation was sincere and I wanted to compliment her for really caring.

Made an appointment fir 3:00 and I have been waiting 1.5 hours in line. There is also a line fir those who did not make an appointment. What is the purpose of making an appointment. Snd it seems they are seeing more of those without an appointment

If you happen to get a fine for driving without insurance and get instructed to obtain SR 22 insurance and maintain it for 3yrs. Get it in writing. After paying for 3yrs they say you only had to pay for 6 months after over paying for 2 1/2 yrs, all you get is an sorry and clerks laughing. On top of all of that a charge of 6 for documentation that it is satisfied. Im will no longer trust anyone at DMV again. Im on fixed income and we are in a pandemic for God sakes. Who has that kind of money to lose.
